Isaac Halls, CRPC® is a Wealth Manager and Retirement Specialist for Plan Financial. A native of Fresno, CA, Isaac graduated with honors from the Craig School of Business at CSU Fresno. Shortly thereafter, he joined the Wealth Management Group of Plan Financial. In addition to obtaining his securities and advisory licenses, he holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation from the College for Financial Planning – an important credential for advice he provides on 401k’s and various other DB and DC plans.
As an advisor for an ERISA 3(38) fiduciary, he works to deliver – to the greatest extent possible – crucial legal protection for plan sponsors by overseeing implementation, negotiating institutional pricing, and providing ongoing plan management. In addition to his work on retirement plans, Isaac is also a part of Plan Financial’s Investment Oversight Committee and works closely with many of the firms clients to evaluate their retirement income picture.
Nearly finished with a Master of Arts in Theology, his interests expand far beyond markets and economics. And since economics is more a philosophy than a science, he has found that the philosophical training he received in graduate school has equipped him to look behind the basic market analytics to evaluate the most fundamental assumptions driving the global economy.
Isaac is married to his wife, Hilary, and they currently have 4 children: Ethan, Avalyn, Lillian, and Owen. His family enjoys the beach, reading, board games, and being involved in things that bring glory to God.
