John R. Hooper

Jack Hooper is President and Chief Executive Officer of Plan Life & Wealth Management, Inc., the Fresno, California-based life and wealth management company he founded in 1985. He provides strategic leadership, firm management, and is also responsible for managing a number of the firm’s client relationships.

Plan Life & Wealth is a leading provider of life and wealth management and outsourced asset management solutions that help corporations, strategic partners, and affluent families create and manage wealth.

In 1993, Plan Financial, a unit of Plan Life & Wealth, became incorporated as a Registered Investment Advisor offering a broad range of non-proprietary financial and business solutions, including fee-only wealth management, investment advisory and insurance solutions.

Plan Financial also became one of the founding shareholders in NASDAQ when it completed its initial private placement offering in June of 2000.

Jack, who is a native Fresnan, graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a finance option. Jack is a Past President and a current member of the FPA (Financial Planning Association) of Central California.
